After the aquarium we had some free time. My mom had looked up a few things and among them was pineapple park. We had no idea they grew their own pineapple here. She had some misgivings but I thought it would be lots of fun so I made her go. (My dad works nights so he was passed out during this little side trip). We got to the park and I instantly knew it was going to rock. They have a pineapple fountain with little pineapple characters and best of all you get to ride in a pineapple cart. It just doesn't get any better. The pineapple cart takes you around and tells you about each kind of pineapple and speakers sing to you in little high pitched voices the whole way too. There are plants that are called pineapple flowers that have miniature pineapples on their tops, way cool. After the pineapple cart tour you can taste pineapple wine, juice, cake, cookies, dried pineapple, and fresh pineapple. It is soo delicious!
